The article discusses the questions of identification of organizational problems at different stages of organizational life cycle. Theoretical analysis of approaches to classification and investigation of organizational problems and the analysis of the main researches on interrelation between organizational problems and the stages of organizational life cycle are carried out. The results of empirical research on the problems and their domination at different stages of organizational life cycle of the Russian companies are presented.
