The article describes the analysis of human resource management system and organizational culture of Chinese companies. The authors describe the results of scientific study in field of connection between the organizational culture and models of human resource management (HRM) existing in Chinese organizations. The analysis has the aim to confirm the connection between clannish organizational culture and administrative and functional models of HRM. Also the results show little differences in domination of type of organizational culture and the model of human resource management in Chinese regions.
