This article considers the use of management games in manager training. It reveals the substance of the business game simulation and defines their development requirements which ensures effective games adaptation in educational programs. The special attention is focused on the creation of a complete management training simulation games complex on the basis of decision-making processes modeling at the various organization life-cycle stages. Also the description of specific business game SIPROM simulating processes of management decision-making in the field of production management and controlling is proposed.
