Issue 2, 2010Laptev Yu. V. Growth Strategies of the Russian MNCs: The Crisis Test. The economic crisis forced the Russian MNCs to revise their growth strategies. This article explores the changes in the conditions of the Russian MNCs’ development related to the crisis, and substantiates the necessity of search for the new growth paradigm. The propriety of the active international M&A practices as well as the peculiarities of the crisis behavior of the companies with predominant public control are analyzed.
